  • Format: Live online group sessions with 4–6 participants to allow for personalized attention and meaningful interaction.
  • Materials: Participants receive a comprehensive digital workbook (PDF) to support learning and reflection.
  • Completion: A certificate of completion is provided at the end of the group class.
